hi mrs aceto :] this is mandycheung from periodB. i was wondering if the answer to the question "who won 2005's major league baseball world series most valuable player award" is Alex Rodriguez(american league) and Albert Pujols(national League).
Mandy that is incorrect. What you found are the 2 players named MVP for each league. I am looking for the ONE MVP from the World Series. The "finals" for Major League Baseball (MLB) revolve around the two leagues, American and National. There is one "winner" from the American League and one "winner" from the National League. The World Series is where these two teams play eachother in a best of 7 game series. Good try though... don't give up!

Yudith Lau... You are #2!!!!! Great Job.
Question: don't you kids ever sleep? all these answers are coming in around 11:00pm.
Well, as long as you are doing something important. :)
Mrs. Aceto I think the answer for your extra credit question is Albert Pujols from the White Sox!
Kiran,
I am sorry that is incorrect. Keep trying!

Congratulations you are #3!!!
Hi Mrs. Aceto! :]
It's Aileen Teruya from Period B.
I wanted to answer the question for the 2005 Major League Baseball World Series MVP. Is it Albert Pujols?
Congratulations Mandy... You are #4!
Congratulations Ronald Huynh! You are #5 and the last person to receive this weeks extra credit!
So, now that this opportunity is OFFICIALLY OVER, I can reveal the answer:
The 2005 World Series MVP was JERMAINE DYE. He is also the first Chicago White Sox player to ever win this award. The Chicago White Sox had not won a World Series since 1917.
Sorry Aileen, that answer is incorrect and I was only giving the extra credit to the first 5. Please check back another time for another chance!
Great job to all of you that tried!
